MARDON PC goes Quarter Midget Racing

In 2022 MARDON PC stepped in to assist OCQMC to get the timing and scoring system operational for regional races. Now heading into the 2023 season MARDON PC is expanding its engagement with young racers and their families. Along with continued support to the track and sponsoring TJCRE Racing, MARDON PC will bring a Racing Simulator to special events at the track this summer.

As a graduate of the OCQMC, MARDON PC owner Bryan Haynes realizes the potential value sim racing provides to these young racers and their families. “Technology and racing are at a unique intersection where the realism gap between real world and the sim is rapidly closing”, says Haynes. “Whether young drivers continue to race in the real world by moving up or quarter midgets is as far as their real world racing can go the sim racing world is ripe with opportunity to advance both avenues’ ‘.

MARDON PC hopes its efforts this summer at Oswego Speedway and OCQMC will attract young racers, old racers, and fans to join in the sim racing community. “We want to introduce people to the sim racing world the right way and give them all the information they need to be successful. That includes getting the right equipment and support within their budget. We also have great partners such as Elite Performance Industries (EPI) that can assist racers of all experience levels with access to setups, coaching, and real world racing connections,” Haynes Continued.

The dates that MARDON PC will have a sim rig on display for families and fans to test out will be released at a later date. MARDON brand ambassadors will also be on hand to answer any questions. In the meantime fans can see MARDON PC during the Syracuse Motorsports Expo on March 11-12 in the Oswego Speedway booth.
